We want you to be happy with Memories for Keepsake. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason. This applies to one-time plans (Keepsake, Family) and to the first payment of a subscription plan (Legacy).
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, email us at support@memoriesforkeepsake.com from the same email address you used at checkout, and include your order date or the receipt you received. We'll process the refund within one business day.
Most refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a Legacy subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After 30 days, cancellations on their own are not eligible for a refund of the current period, but you are welcome to email us — we review fairness cases (e.g. accidental renewals that have not been used) on request.
